Waco Tribune Announces Ullja Kuntze's Defamation Suit

This Waco Tribune article announces and outlines the defamation case Ullja Kuntze recently filed against 30 defendants. I feel compelled to point out a few of the errors in the article.

1. The defendants are not all women. There is one male defendant.
2. No one accused Ullja Kuntze of stealing their beads and using them in her jewelry. That's what beads are for, DUH! The issues of fraud stem from Ullja Kuntze purchasing beads from several well-known lampworkers and claiming to have made them herself in Italy as she resold them on Etsy. 3. The former defamation case against Ullja Kuntze for publishing the "handmadeartisanfraud.blogspot.com" website was NOT DISMISSED. It was withdrawn by the plaintiffs after Ullja Kuntze admitted to filing tax evasion reports and publishing the blog. The plaintiffs withdrew their suit because it is prohibitively expensive to litigate and they felt that even though they had Ullja Kuntze's confession of guilt, the high cost of getting the case to court wasn't feasible. It was enough justice to have Ullja's admission in public records and they wanted to move on with their lives.
